Public Notary Services
A Public Notary has statutory powers to witness documents and administer oaths and is able to perform these functions in respect of documents for use outside Australia. The principal of Hillside Legal is a registered Public Notary in New South Wales and is able to provide assistance to clients requiring the services of a Public Notary. As an example, she is able to:
- Attest documents for use in Australia and overseas
- Certify copies of documents for use in Australia and overseas
- Administer oaths for Australian and international documents
- Witness signatures to affidavits, statutory declarations and other documents for use in Australia and overseas
